Anti-spam statement

Boarding Stage does not tolerate spam. Customers who misuse the service for unsolicited mail lose access to it straight away. Please report any suspected abuse to abuse@light-house-traffic.com.

Our principles

• We only write to people who have asked to receive our mailings.
• We do not work with partners we know to be sending unsolicited mail.
• Addresses from our subscriber lists are never sold, rented out or swapped.

How we define spam

By spam we mean unsolicited bulk or commercial e-mail. A message counts as spam when

• it is sent to large numbers of people regardless of who they are,
• the recipients never gave their verifiable, specific and revocable permission,
• it mainly serves the sender and offers the recipient little or nothing.

Existing customer relationship

Such a relationship exists when the recipient has bought something, asked for information, taken part in a survey or otherwise been in touch with the sender before.

Valid permission

Permission is valid only if the person was told clearly how the address will be used and agreed to it before any mailing was sent – usually called informed consent.
